Thank you for visiting my photography website. As a photographer, I take great pride in my work and I appreciate your interest in licensing my photographs for your personal or commercial use. Please read the following licensing terms and conditions before using any of my images.
Copyright: All photographs on this website are copyrighted by me, the photographer. The copyright remains with me even after licensing the photographs to you.
Licensing Options: I offer two types of licensing options for my photographs – personal use and commercial use. Personal use refers to using my photographs for personal purposes, such as printing them for display in your home or sharing them with friends and family. Commercial use refers to using my photographs for any commercial purpose, such as in advertisements, websites, or publications.
Personal Use License: Personal use licenses are available for individual, non-commercial use of my photographs. This includes prints for personal display and non-commercial digital use. You may not use the images for any commercial purposes or resale. You may not modify, alter or reproduce the images in any form, either digitally or in print, without obtaining written permission from me.
Commercial Use License: Commercial use licenses are required for any commercial use of my photographs. This includes advertising, editorial, and promotional uses. You may not use the images for any illegal, defamatory or offensive purposes. The commercial use license is granted for a one-time use only, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The license fee is determined based on the intended use, size of the image, and duration of use.
Attribution: All licensed images must be attributed to me, the photographer, in the following format: © William Josephs Radford / JosephsRadford.com
Liability: I am not liable for any damages or losses that may arise from the use of my photographs. It is the licensee’s responsibility to ensure that the images are used appropriately and legally.
Payment: Payment for licensing fees must be made in advance of the use of the images. Payment can be made through PayPal or bank transfer.
